Stillpoint Wellness is a solo coaching practice — a certified life coach and doctoral student on the path toward medical licensure — working anxiety, stress, and life transitions with a whole-person, compassion-first approach. Generic coaching templates read either clinical or salesy; neither fit a practice this personal. We built the site in RED's HEARTH sub-register: warm cream parchment, sanctuary emerald, and softened gold, opening on a "you are not broken" narrative before any service is named. A dedicated About page carries the practitioner's full story and credentials, a five-service ladder shapes to anxiety, stress, transitions, routines, and purpose, and a care-and-safety ethics band (coaching is not clinical care; 988 lifeline) runs through the consultation form.
