ROUNDHOUSE is a coach-led combat and conditioning gym — boxing, Muay Thai, conditioning, wrestling & clinch — whose old site buried the timetable and never said whether the floor was open right now. The brief: make the website run on the same clock as the room. Built on the STELLAR kinetic register (Archivo 900 on night-blue, electric cyan leading with coral punctuation), the homepage promotes the live floor status and a real-clock countdown to the center of the page, resolving "the next class opens in MM:SS" against the visitor's own time, with honest after-hours handling when nothing is currently in session. Today's roster is the conversion core: a filling-fast coral pulse marks low-spot classes, and booking is optimistic and inline-confirm (Book → Booked · N left) rather than a form flow. A four-discipline floor and a four-coach corner render on duotone typographic plates, and a single-tier $240 month-to-month membership carries a live waitlist plus a "train before you join" guest-spot capture. The entire site is hand-authored static HTML with inlined CSS/JS — no framework, no build step.
