Three things, done deeply.

We don't run twenty programs thinly. We run three — boxing, strength, running — each with a named lead, a fixed home in the loft, and a full week of classes. Here's all of it.

Discipline 01

Boxing.

24 heavy bags
14 classes / week

The front room of the loft, twenty-four bags, and a coach who boxed for twelve years before he ever held a pad. Marcus runs technique-first sessions — combinations broken down slow, then built to speed across six rounds.

The 09:15 is the quieter, more technical hour. The 18:00 — the pink-hour flow — is the loud one, the room everyone wants on a Tuesday. Both welcome first-timers; both hold the standard.

Discipline 02

Strength.

8 platforms
12 classes / week

Eight platforms in the back room, programmed by a former D1 athlete who writes every block in the building. Tasha's sessions are structured and progressive — you follow a real cycle, not a random workout, and you can see yourself getting stronger week over week.

The 06:00 is for the early crew who like the loft quiet. The 17:15 fills fast with the after-work lifters. Both run the same programming, calibrated to whoever's on the platform.

Discipline 03

Running.

60-meter lane
9 classes / week

A sixty-meter lane down the east wall, indoor and honest, run by a sub-2:30 marathoner. Felix's sessions blend track work and conditioning — intervals, tempo, and the kind of engine-building that makes everything else in the loft easier.

The 07:30 is the morning conditioning block. The 19:30 — just opened this season — is the evening intervals session, and it's filling fast. The lane tells you exactly where you are, every time.
